We open a company for you in the United States: a limited liability company (LLC) in New Mexico, a U.S. state. We file its Articles of Organization, the document that creates the company with the State, and we sign them as the organizer, the one who files them, so your name stays off the public record. We also provide your registered agent for 12 months: the official U.S. address that receives legal mail for your company. Your documents arrive in your dashboard.
New Mexico is a U.S. state, and one of the most private places in the country to form a company. Its Articles of Organization don't have to list the owners or managers, so your name doesn't appear on the public record. It also costs far less to keep than better-known states: Delaware, for example, charges a high annual franchise tax and comes with more compliance. New Mexico, USA, is less known, well regarded, and our flat price already includes its state fees.
Through your Operating Agreement: a private contract, signed by the members, that says who owns the company and how it is run. It isn't filed with the State. You keep it and show it to whoever needs to know, like a bank or a business partner. We prepare it for you, in PDF and editable DOCX.
No. You don't need to be a U.S. resident, hold a visa or have a Social Security Number. Everything happens online: you never need to travel or appear in person.
Yes. Once formed, your LLC can open a U.S. business account with a bank or fintech.
The EIN is your LLC's tax ID with the U.S. federal government (the IRS). You need it to open a bank account, receive payments, pay taxes and hire. It's optional and costs extra: we apply for it for $50 with your LLC.
Your registered agent renews at $99 a year. We remind you before it ends, and you renew from your dashboard, or switch on automatic renewal and never think about it. Keep it active: without a registered agent, your LLC may lose its good standing, face administrative revocation by the State, and run into banking and contractual difficulties. Most importantly, you could miss lawsuits, legal notices and other official communications.
The standard agreement and basic adjustments are included at no extra cost. New clauses, substantial restructuring or negotiation among members are quoted first and charged only if you accept the quote.
