Privacy Notice

version privacy-2026-10-09-r8

Effective date: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how Exnna Industries LLC (“EXNNA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use https://formation.exnna.xyz, the Exnna Formation Dashboard, or related services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on what you request, we may collect:

  • Contact and account details: name, email, telephone number, login credentials, and communications.
  • Formation and ownership information: proposed and approved business names, state and formation choices, business purpose, member or manager names and contact details, ownership percentages, management structure, and formation instructions.
  • Identity and tax information: date of birth, residential or mailing address, the responsible party's name and taxpayer identification information, identity documents, and information needed for a selected EIN request or verification by a payment or service provider. EXNNA may receive information or status returned by those providers and information you submit directly. The optional EIN step identifies the information the IRS will receive before you authorize submission. EXNNA does not require identity documents or a date of birth; we collect them only if you choose to provide them, for example to declare a member, a Chief Executive Member, or a manager, which is optional.
  • Payment and order details: plan, transaction amount, billing address, payment status, transaction identifiers and, for stablecoin payments, the transaction and wallet information needed to reconcile the payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe and supported cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase/CDP, if those options are enabled at checkout. EXNNA does not need the full card number or security code to manage your order.
  • Device and usage details: IP address, browser and device characteristics, log and diagnostic data, pages viewed, referral information, and interactions with the dashboard.
  • Support and preference information: messages to support, consent choices, and notification preferences.

Please do not submit sensitive information unless it is requested for a service you choose. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; prepare, submit, and manage requested formation services; coordinate registered-agent service; assist with an EIN application if selected; communicate about orders, mail, and deadlines; process card or stablecoin payments; credit and pay partners who referred an order; provide support; detect and resolve errors; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain records; improve and secure the Service; and comply with legal obligations or enforce our agreements. EXNNA personnel operating the platform can access customer information as needed for these purposes under role-based permissions.

3. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including to:

  • government offices and agencies, such as the New Mexico Secretary of State or the IRS, when you request a filing or application;
  • the registered-agent provider, its authorized mail-handling personnel, and other formation providers involved in your order;
  • Supabase for account, database, storage, and platform infrastructure; Resend for transactional email; and Stripe and Coinbase/CDP for whichever payment methods we actually enable at checkout. These providers may process contact details, technical identifiers, order metadata, and information necessary for their specific tasks. We restrict access to sensitive formation or tax data where the integration allows;
  • other hosting, support, security, and professional-service providers actually used to operate or protect the Service;
  • courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the Service; and
  • a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless a future version of the Service clearly describes that practice and provides any choice required by law.

4. Government filings and New Mexico anonymity

Information that you elect to put in a government filing can become part of the relevant agency's records. Our formation flow uses EXNNA as organizer and the appointed registered agent in the public filing, subject to your choices and what the filing requires. For optional EIN assistance, we use the information you provide to prepare and send the SS-4 to the IRS. If you choose to receive the EIN yourself and direct IRS correspondence to an address or fax you control, EXNNA will not obtain the issued EIN through that delivery path unless you choose to share it later. If you use a third-party mail handler or a mailing address to which EXNNA has access, that recipient may see IRS correspondence; choose your delivery address accordingly.

100% ANONYMOUS — Form a U.S. LLC in the State of New Mexico, USA. Keep your name off its public records. Your name stays off New Mexico's public LLC formation filing when you choose EXNNA as organizer and do not elect to list yourself in the public filing. EXNNA is responsible for that public-filing privacy. If you request an EIN, the IRS requires an identified responsible party; banks, payment providers, or other services may request identity information for their own verification. Applicable law may require other disclosures.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The dashboard may use essential cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, protect accounts, remember settings, and operate checkout. If you arrive through a partner's referral link, we set a first-party cookie for up to 30 days that holds only the partner's code and the time you arrived, so we can credit that partner if you place an order. We do not use it to track you on other sites, and partners do not receive your name or contact details from us. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide any notice and choices required by law. You can manage cookies through browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and filing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Retention periods depend on the type of information and purpose. An SSN or ITIN collected solely for optional EIN assistance is deleted from the active application record after the transmission of the application to the IRS is confirmed, or when the request is closed without submission, unless its retention is required for a specific legal or dispute-related reason. Copies already transmitted to the IRS, required filing records, audit logs without the full identifier, and time-limited backups follow their own retention rules. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to legal requirements and records we must retain. We verify these requests through the email address associated with your account and do not require identity documents or a date of birth. You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications using the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us. Transactional messages about your order may continue.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or opting out of certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@exnna.xyz. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may appeal a denied request by replying to our decision and marking your message “Privacy Appeal.”

8. International users

EXNNA operates from the United States. If you use the Service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.

9. Third-party websites and services

The Service may link to third-party websites or use third-party platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information directly to those services.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will post the current version with its effective date and provide additional notice if required by law.
